​ Here are the projects our parish Finance Committee has identified to maintain  our little church. Some are urgent but all are important.   1. Re-shingling the north face of the church to match to work on the south face that  was recovered three years ago as part of an insurance claim. 2. Repairing or replacing the concrete walkways to the church, to eliminate identified  hazards. 3. Re-storing the parish house attached garage that is sinking and detaching, putting it  at risk of collapse. 4. Improving insulation to reduce heating costs in both the church and parish house.   5. Re-painting the interior of the church which has not been done for decades. 6. Re-placing floor coverings in the church. Because the pews need to be removed to re paint the church this is the ideal time to replace the flooring which is as old as the  paint.   7. Up-grading interior and exterior lighting with updated controls for safety, security,  energy efficiency. 8. Re-pave and re-line the parking lot to fix previous patchwork repairs and increase  pedestrian safety due to continuing sinkholes.
